Paul Tanja

Paul Tanja is advocaat sinds 2015 en gespecialiseerd in het contracten- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Hij adviseert publieke en private cliënten bij het opstellen, uitvoeren en afwikkelen van contracten. Daarnaast voert hij procedures tot en met de Hoge Raad in (buiten)contractuele geschillen, waaronder in zaken over tekortkomingen, wilsgebreken en aansprakelijkheid van aandeelhouders en bestuurders.

Paul rondde zijn studie privaatrecht af aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Hij studeerde ook aan de University of Cambridge. Hij was tevens docent internationaal contractenrecht aan de VU en publiceert regelmatig op zijn vakgebied. Hij is toegelaten als advocaat bij de Hoge Raad (cassatieadvocaat).
