Paul Tanja

Paul Tanja has been an attorney since 2015 and specializes in contract and liability law. He advises public and private clients in drafting, executing and terminating contracts. In addition, he conducts proceedings up to and including the Supreme Court in (extra)contractual disputes, including in cases concerning shortcomings, defects of will and directors’ and shareholder liability.

Paul completed his studies in private law at the University of Utrecht. He also studied at the University of Cambridge. He also taught international contract law at VU University Amsterdam and publishes regularly in his field. He is admitted to the bar of the Dutch Supreme Court (cassatieadvocaat).
