Raimond Dufour

Raimond Dufour werkt sinds 2012 bij Pels Rijcken en is partner in de praktijkgroep Litigation & Arbitration. Raimond is gespecialiseerd in het internationaal privaatrecht en heeft veel ervaring met complexe grensoverschrijdende geschillen, zoals collectieve acties, kartelschadezaken en commerciële arbitrageprocedures. Raimond werkt vaak met cliënten die opereren in meerdere jurisdicties. Hij procedeert over uiteenlopende en spraakmakende kwesties, zoals emissies van dieselmotoren, effecten, internationale rentebenchmarks (zoals LIBOR) en de valutamarkt.

Raimond rondde in 2017 de postacademische Grotius-opleiding effectenrecht (financieel recht) cum laude af.
