Raimond Dufour

Raimond Dufour is partner in de praktijkgroep Litigation & Arbitration van Pels Rijcken. Raimond richt zich op complexe grensoverschrijdende geschillen bij de Nederlandse overheidsrechter, arbitrale colleges (ICC, NAI) en het Hof van Justitie van de Europese Unie. Als defence counsel procedeert Raimond over uiteenlopende en spraakmakende internationale kwesties, zoals emissies van dieselmotoren, Braziliaanse milieuschade, rentebenchmarks (zoals LIBOR) en de valutamarkt (FOREX).

Raimond rondde in 2017 de postacademische Grotius-opleiding effectenrecht (financieel recht) cum laude af.
