Anna Francesca Mancosu is a legal professional (not an attorney) and has worked as a professional support lawyer in the Corporate Law department since April 2021, where she supports the attorneys in their knowledge development and knowledge sharing. She works with them on specific files and supports the practice by conducting legal research and drafting documents, including model documents, to benefit the transaction practice. She monitors and identifies all relevant developments in case law and legislation. In addition to corporate law, she focuses on restructuring and insolvency law, financial law, energy law and property and contract law.
Anna Francesca, a born Italian, has an international background, having worked in various countries and having gained experience at various firms. Following her legal traineeship at Nauta Van Haersolte, her employers have included Clifford Chance in London, Römermann Rechtsanwälte in Hannover, NautaDutilh in London, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (working in the litigation & arbitration practice), and, most recently, CMS Advocaten in Amsterdam, where she worked in the Banking & Finance practice group. In addition to her qualification in Dutch law, Anna Francesca also obtained a qualification in English law.
