In June 2019, after ten years of negotiations, a deal was reached on a new pension system. Some of the agreements have direct consequences for employers, while others still need to be worked out in more detail. It is important for employers and pension providers to be aware of the changes and when they will take effect as well as of the measures that need to be taken to comply with the agreements.
