Peter van Kippersluis

Peter van Kippersluis is a partner in our commercial and financial litigation practice. Peter advises and litigates about a wide range of contractual and non-contractual disputes, with a particular focus on the financial sector, cross-border disputes and professional liability.

Peter earned his master’s degree in Economics cum laude from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. He then went on to obtain his master’s degree in Dutch Law from Erasmus University. Peter has gained extensive international experience at renowned law firms in Germany and New York. He is fluent in English and has a good command of German and Spanish. He is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association, the Dutch Association for Procedural Law, the Dutch Association for Financial Law, and the German-Dutch Lawyers Association.
