Marie-Lise Sluijter has been working as a lawyer in the Administrative Law Department since 2021. She gives advice and litigates in wide-ranging cases concerning general administrative law and state law. Her special focus is on cases concerning damages under administrative law and monetary debts, that are at the interface of administrative law and civil law. She also focuses on the application of the General Administrative Law Act.
Marie-Lise studied civil law and constitutional & administrative at the University of Leiden. She contributes to the chronicle governance and private law in the Nederlands Juristenblad.
