Menno Stoffer advises public and private parties on financing in the broadest possible sense, (international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, energy and infrastructure projects and restructurings. Menno has worked in international law in both London and New York and has more than 30 years of experience assisting clients in (international) transactions. In 2023, he made the transition from De Brauw to Pels Rijcken.
Menno studied civil law and tax law at Leiden University. He is the author of several legal publications and regularly speaks at conferences. In addition, Menno had and has several board positions.
