Luuk Sieverink joined Pels Rijcken’s Criminal Law and Administrative Law departments in 2015. In the Administrative Law department, he represents various local authorities as well as regulatory authorities in cases involving the Public Administration (Probity Screening) Act (Wet Bibob), public order, and oversight and enforcement. In the Criminal Law department, Luuk represents the Dutch Public Prosecutor’s Office in preliminary relief proceedings involving criminal justice and in proceedings on the merits involving the Dutch State’s liability for criminal law enforcement.
Luuk obtained his master’s degree in Dutch Criminal Law and Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam.
