Bob Jaasma has worked as a lawyer in Pels Rijcken’s Administrative Law department since January 2020. He advises and litigates on diverse general administrative law issues. In doing so, he assists central, decentralised and other government authorities. The use of powers to protect public policy is a particular focus of attention for him. He also wrote his master thesis on this subject.
Bob completed his bachelor's degree in law (Utrecht Law College) at Utrecht University. At this same university he graduated cum laude from the master’s programme in constitutional and administrative law and liability law. He also studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich for six months. During his studies he completed an internship at the municipality of Amsterdam (Legal Affairs Department).
