Annelieke Wissink joined Pels Rijcken in 2020, where she works in the Litigation & Arbitration practice group. Annelieke litigates and advises on commercial contractual and liability issues, with a focus on issues with an international dimension. As such, she frequently deals with issues of private international law and has experience with class actions and cartel follow-on cases. Annelieke litigates and advises on a variety of issues, including investment insurance, trucks, international interest rate benchmarks (such as LIBOR) and the G10 currency trade.
Annelieke completed her master's degree in civil law (cum laude) at Leiden University. She also completed a three-year minor at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. Before starting at Pels Rijcken, Annelieke interned at law firms and worked as a court clerk at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
