Annelieke Wissink

Annelieke Wissink has been an attorney-at-law in the Litigation & Arbitration practice group since 2020. She specializes in contract law and liability law.

Annelieke litigates and advises for both public and private clients on (commercial) contractual and liability issues and on insolvency law issues, including directors' liability cases, securities and contractual disputes. Annelieke has experience with these issues in specific sectors, such as the energy, healthcare and residential sectors. In addition, she advises on Business Human Rights, with an emphasis on implementing obligations arising from European regulations in contracts.

Annelieke completed her master's degree in civil law cum laude at Leiden University. She also studied at SciencesPo in Paris and took a three-year course in Early Music at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. During her studies, Annelieke was, among other things, an external court clerk at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. She is a member of AIJA (Association Internationales des Jeunes Avocats).
