Pooja works as an attorney at law in the Civil (Litigation) Law department. She is specialized in liability issues. She also deals with compensation and insurance law, with a particular focus on personal injury. Pooja has been practising law since 2021 and has since specialised in handling a wide range of civil law disputes. She has experience in both advisory work and litigation, having represented insurers and companies in liability, indemnity claims and coverage issues in particular.
Pooja earned her bachelor’s degree in Law from Leiden University and subsequently spent a semester studying at the University of California, Los Angeles. She then completed her master’s degrees in Civil Law and Criminal Law and Procedure at Leiden University. During her studies, Pooja gained experience working as a court clerk at the Rotterdam District Court.
