Maarten van Rijn has amassed extensive expertise at Pels Rijcken in the field of construction and procurement law. His practice focuses mainly on providing full-service assistance in complex tendering processes in diverse fields, varying from infrastructure projects to collective healthcare insurance. He also regularly acts in procurement and construction disputes, in both arbitration proceedings and court proceedings. His clients include virtually all departments of the Dutch State and many local governments.
Maarten was awarded a master's degree in Dutch law by the University of Leiden. He regularly lectures at the VU Law Academy and the Grotius Academy. Maarten is also editor of procurement law articles for the journal 'Jurisprudentie voor Gemeenten'.
