Julian Kramer joined Pels Rijcken as a lawyer at the practice group Planning and Environmental Law at the beginning of 2018. He specializes in the field of Environmental law, with a particular focus on water law, spatial planning law and nature conservation law. In his daily practice, he is involved in litigating and advising on water, rail and infrastructure projects, in which engineering, environment and nature also play an important role. Julian studied both Constitutional and Administrative Law and Political Science at Leiden University. Julian also publishes regularly in legal journals, is a guest lecturer in administrative procedural law at Utrecht University and is a member of the editorial board of the journal Praktijk Omgevingsrecht (PRO).
