Jorn Bouma was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2025. He focuses on civil proceedings with elements of public law, in particular tax law. He also handles advisory questions in the field of tax law and is involved in tax proceedings at the Supreme Court.
Jorn completed bachelor's programmes in Economics, Tax Law, and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Subsequently, he obtained a Master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Utrecht University. During his studies, Jorn worked at Pels Rijcken as a student assistant. In that role he worked on a variety of issues in the field of administrative law, tax law and civil (procedural) law.
