Dauphine Delger has been an attorney-at-law since 2026 and works in civil litigation. She focuses on Supreme Court proceedings across the full breadth of civil law and also represents clients in proceedings before district courts and courts of appeal.
Dauphine studied at Utrecht University, where she completed a Master’s degree in Private Law, specialising in Liability Law, graduating cum laude. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Utrecht Law College (honours programme).
During her studies, Dauphine worked as a clerk at the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. Following her studies, she held positions as a junior legal officer at the Midden-Nederland District Court and as a lecturer in private law at Utrecht University.
