Bibi Meuwissen has joined Pels Rijcken at the Planning and Environmental Law department as an attorney-at-law in 2025. She focuses on legal advice and litigation in various cases in the field of administrative compensation for loss and expropriation.
Bibi obtained her bachelor's degrees in Philosophy (cum laude) and in Law from Leiden University. During her bachelor she also studied for a year at the University of Oxford (Diploma in Legal Studies). In 2024, she obtained her master's degree in Philosophy of Law (summa cum laude). During her studies, Bibi gained experience at several law firms, including Pels Rijcken.
