Unique Franssen joined Pels Rijcken's Space and Environment department in 2023. Her focus includes environmental protection and spatial projects. Unique frequently advises and litigates for public authorities.
Unique received her master’s degree in Dutch Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Groningen. In addition to her work, she completed the Grotius Specialist programme in Environmental Law with a cum laude classification in 2021.
