Stefan Opgenhaeffen has worked in the Employment and Public Service Law Department since 2021. He advises on and litigates cases in the fields of integrity, dismissal, employer liability and co-determination. He represents both public and private sector clients.
Stefan studied at Leiden University, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Law & Business and the master's in Employment Law. During his studies, he served on the board of an international student association, gained experience in the legal profession as a working student, and interned at a trade union. Stefan is a member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA). He is a frequent blogger on Blog Arbeids- en Ambtenarenrecht.
