Samantha Razoki has been working as an attorney at Pels Rijcken since January 2026. Her practice focuses on various aspects of European law, specializing in state aid and competition law. She advises ministries, regulators, and local governments and represents them in both administrative and civil proceedings.
Samantha received her bachelor's degree from the Utrecht Law College, the honours programme of Utrecht University. At the same university, she obtained two master's degrees. She first completed her master's in Business and Law, and then completed her master's in European law (cum laude). During her studies, Samantha participated in the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School, a public-private program of several months in which a group of selected students conduct a consultancy project focused on Dutch-Asian relations. She also worked as a student intern and student assistant at various large (international) law firms.
