Rosanne has been working as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken since 2024. Her practice focuses on various aspects of European (Administrative) Law. She advises Ministries, regulators and local governments and represents them in both administrative and civil legal procedures.
Rosanne obtained her bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences cum laude at Leiden University College. At Leiden University she also obtained the bachelor in Dutch law and completed the master in European Law cum laude.
Prior to joining Pels Rijcken, Rosanne worked at the Council of State for over six years as legal secretary in European law, in which role she advised on various aspects of European (administrative) law. She was also seconded to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a year.
