Nadiah Amoah has been working as an attorney at Pels Rijcken since 2023. She advises and litigates both privately and administratively in the field of environmental (liability) law and government liability law. Nadiah mainly provides support to various government agencies in proceedings related to climate change, air quality and environmental pollution.
Nadiah graduated cum laude from her honours bachelor Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE), after which she studied Law at the University of Amsterdam. She received her master's degree in Private Law Practice from the same university. During her studies, Nadiah completed several internships within the legal profession, participated in the Amsterdam Law Trials and the Amsterdam Law Clinics, and was a working student at the Planning & Environment Law section.
