Milou Procé has been an attorney-at-law at Pels Rijcken since 2019. Initially she worked in the Employment Law department. As of September 2022, she is working in the Civil Law department. Milou advises and litigates in the field of liability and compensation law, with a special focus on the subject personal injury. She mainly acts on behalf of government authorities and insurers. Milou completed the Grotius specialization course Personal injury in 2016.
Milou obtained her master's degree in Dutch Labour Law from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant in Pension Law and gained experience as a student intern and a work-study student both within and outside the legal profession. She was also a lecturer in Dutch Social Law at the Vrije Universiteit.
