Julie de Baar has been a lawyer since 2021. She litigates and advises in a wide range of matters relating to general administrative law. In her practice, she focuses in particular on issues relating to public order law and immigration law.
Julie obtained a Master’s degree in Law from Tilburg University and a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Amsterdam. She graduated cum laude from both programmes. During her studies, she worked as a legal policy officer at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, within the Directorate for Constitutional Affairs and Legislation. Until August 2026, Julie was a lawyer at AKD.
Julie is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR).
