Jerre de Jong has been with Pels Rijcken's Supreme Court appeal department since 2019. He handles cases involving all areas of civil law, with an emphasis on property law and corporate law (inquiry proceedings). Jerre also litigates on appeal and in first instance. He represents private parties (companies) as well as public authorities.
Jerre received his master's degree in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam and successfully completed the Grotius Securities Law programme in 2009. Before joining Pels Rijcken, he worked as a research assistant at the Dutch Supreme Court and was a senior associate with BarentsKrans. Jerre regularly lectures on Dutch civil procedural law.
