Jasper Kennis has been a attorney-at-lawy at Pels Rijcken since 2017. He is a member of the Administrative Law section. Jasper has a general administrative law practice, with a focus on subsidy law and public funding. In those areas, he assists central and co-governments with advice and in proceedings. Furthermore, he handles matters in the area of immigration law.
Jasper completed the masters in state and administrative law and civil law cum laude at Leiden University. At the same university he worked as a lecturer and researcher in the department of constitutional and administrative law. During his studies, Jasper gained experience as a student employee and intern at various law firms and with the central government. In addition to his legal work, Jasper is co-author of the Kroniek subsidies en bestuursrechtelijke geldschulden in the Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Bestuursrecht.
