Jantine Kok-Muller joined Pels Rijcken in 2002 and gained more than twenty years expertise in public procurement law, (government) liability law, contract law, administrative law and construction law. Drawing on her public and private law experience, she regularly advises on complex issues (e.g. forms of public-private partnership). Her in-depth know-how also extends to privatization, ICT, tendering processes in the healthcare sector and subsidy. Jantine regularly represents government authorities (including the Dutch State) in civil court proceedings. She litigates on procurement law, liability law and contract law disputes.
Jantine obtained her master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Maastricht. Before joining Pels Rijcken, she was a staff lawyer at the Administrative Law Division of the Dutch Council of State. Jantine regularly lectures on new developments in procurement law.
