Jan-Willem Riedijk is a member of the Construction and Procurement Law team. He advises and litigates on matters concerning both construction and procurement law, and appears before Dutch civil courts and the Administration Board for the Building Industry.
Jan-Willem obtained his master's degree in Dutch law from the University of Leiden. Before joining Pels Rijcken, Jan-Willem drafted judgments for the Amsterdam District Court as senior judicial clerk in civil actions and preliminary relief proceedings. He is a member of the Dutch Procurement Law Association and the Dutch Construction Law Association.
