Evelien Brussee was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2019 and joined Pels Rijcken’s Employment and Public Service Law team in 2024. She advises and litigates on various issues in the field of both collective and individual employment law. Evelien has a critical legal view with which she aims to reach a practical solution, tailored to the client's position and needs. She assists clients in the public and private sector and specializes in, among other things, reorganizations, transfer of undertaking and employee participation.
Evelien completed her master's degree in private law at Utrecht University and her master's degree in employment law at Leiden University. In 2022 she completed the specialization course in Employment Law (Grotius) cum laude. Evelien is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Dutch Association for Employment Law (VvA).
