Eline Brenders has been practising as an attorney since 2014. She joined Pels Rijcken in 2020. Eline specialises in both procurement law and civil construction law. She mainly advises and represents public clients.
Eline completed her bachelor’s degree in European Law and her master’s degree in Dutch Law at Maastricht University. She completed the Grotius programme in European and Dutch procurement law cum laude. Eline previously worked at CMS. She is a member of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law (NVvA) and the Construction Law Association (VBR). Eline publishes and teaches regularly.
