Annelotte Röell has been working as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken since March 2023. Her practice focuses on a wide range of aspects of European Law and Dutch Administrative Law, in particular the internal market, state aid and the allocation of scarce rights. She advises ministries, regulatory authorities and local authorities and represents them in both administrative law and civil law proceedings.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Law at the Utrecht Law College, the honours programme of Utrecht University. At this same university she completed the master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law cum laude. Annelotte also completed a master’s degree in European and International Law at the VU University Amsterdam. She also studied for a semester in Toulouse.
Annelotte is a member of the Dutch Association for European Law and the VAR Association for Administrative Law.
