Sadaf has been working as an attorney in the Innovation, Privacy and Technology section since 2024. She mainly advises and litigates on the legal aspects of technology and innovation, such as Privacy Law, IT Law and Intellectual Property Law. Within these areas of law, she acts for (large) companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Sadaf graduated cum laude from the University of Groningen with a master's degree in IT Law and also took several extracurricular courses in Private Law, such as International Private Law, Contract Law and Common Law and Civil Law. During her studies, Sadaf gained experience as an intern at a law firm and in the corporate sector. Additionally, she volunteered at the IT Law Clinic in Groningen, which she founded.
Sadaf is a member of the Association for Privacy Law (VPR), the Dutch Young Privacy Lawyers Association (JPAN) and the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
