Rebekka deals with a variety of procurement and construction law issues. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Notarial Law at Utrecht University and her Master’s degree in Legal Philosophy with a specialization in civil law (cum laude) at Leiden University. During her studies, Rebekka gained experience as a seminar tutor at Leiden University and as a student assistant at various law firms.
