Since October 2024, Pels Rijcken has partnered with Northwave Cyber Security, where Michael Ivancic serves as Pels Rijcken's Security Officer on behalf of Northwave. In this role, he combines his expertise in Crisis and Security Management (MSc) with years of experience in information security to ensure the optimal protection of Pels Rijcken's people, assets, and information.
With a strong foundation in strategy and governance, Michael guides the organization in navigating emerging threats and ensuring resilience in a complex legal and technological environment. This involves managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) at both strategic and tactical levels, conducting risk analyses, and aligning security measures with our risk appetite and the expectations of various stakeholders.
