Marc has been an attorney-at-law in Pels Rijcken's Innovation, Privacy and Technology team since 2025. He advises and litigates primarily on the legal aspects of technology and innovation, including ICT contracts, data protection law, and intellectual property rights. Within these areas of law, he represents companies, public authorities, and non-profit organizations.
Marc obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Utrecht Law College (honours track). He subsequently completed the English-taught Legal Research Master at Utrecht University.
During his studies, Marc gained experience as a student intern and working student at Pels Rijcken. He also worked as a research assistant at Utrecht University.Marc is a member of the Jonge Privacy Advocaten Nederland (JPAN) and the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Informatietechnologie en Recht (NVvIR).
