Kiet Letzer has been working as an attorney at Pels Rijcken in the Construction and Procurement Law section since 2026. He deals with a variety of procurement and construction law issues.
Kiet completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law and his Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, Kiet gained experience as a student intern at a law firm and as an intern in the corporate sector.
