Emma Stevens

Emma has worked as a lawyer in the Innovation, Privacy and Technology section since 2024. She mainly advises and litigates on legal aspects of technology and innovation, such as ICT contracts, privacy law and intellectual property rights. She acts for (large) corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Emma completed her bachelor's degree in law at the Utrecht Law College. She then graduated from both the master's in Civil Law with specialization in Intellectual Property (cum laude) and the master's in Encyclopedia and Philosophy of Law (cum laude) at Universiteit Leiden.

During her studies, Emma gained experience as a paralegal and intern at several law firms. She has also served as a clerk at the Court of Appeal of The Hague.
