Bram Kleinhout specialises in technology law and information law. He mainly advises on civil law aspects of technology and innovation, including ICT contracts and intellectual property rights. In these fields of law, he acts on behalf of corporates and government agencies.
Bram received his master's degree in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Pels Rijcken as an attorney, Bram was a working student with us for more than a year. During his studies, he also completed a traineeship and worked for a number of large law firms and the Dutch Institute for Information Law (IViR).
