Sadaf has been working as an attorney at Pels Rijcken since 2025, within the Administrative Law practice group. She advises and litigates on a variety of cases in the field of general administrative law and competition and market regulation. Sadaf mainly represents regulators.
Before joining Pels Rijcken, Sadaf worked for over three years as a senior supervisor at the Competition Department of The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), where she worked on issues relating to competition law. Before that, Sadaf worked at The Delft University of Technology as a legal counsel, where she dealt with issues in the field of administrative and education law.
Sadaf graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in constitutional and administrative law. In addition, Sadaf completed the LL.M. program in Competition Law and Economics at the Brussels School of Competition (magna cum laude).
