Mohammed Kalmoua

Mohammed Kalmoua joined Pels Rijcken at the beginning of 2020. He specialises in corporate law, including issues such as directors' liability, bankruptcy law, class actions and security rights. Mohammed advises and litigates on a wide range of commercial corporate law issues and disputes with an emphasis on insolvency law and liability law. Mohammed's clients include various departments of central and local governments, public-law institutions, including financial and other regulators and large corporations.

Mohammed studied at VU University Amsterdam. He obtained a master's degree in Private Law and a master's degree in Business Law. During his studies Mohammed did various traineeships, in both the judiciary and the legal profession. In addition, Mohammed acquired well over a year of practical experience as a court clerk at the District Court of Midden-Nederland.
