Claire van Beuningen

Claire has worked in the Employment and Civil Servant Law Section since 2024. She deals with a variety of issues in the areas of dismissal, integrity, employer liability and employee participation, on which she advises and litigates. She does this for both government and private clients.

Claire received her bachelor's degree in Law - Entrepreneurship and Management from Leiden University. She then attended and graduated from the master's programs in Corporate Law and Labor Law at Leiden University.

During her master, Claire furthermore did many internships at different firms and worked as a working student. She was also a director of the Rechtswinkel Goeree-Overflakkee, where Claire not only had a management role, but also volunteered by providing people with legal advice. Claire is a member of the Civil Service & Law Association. She publishes regularly vlogs on Employment and Civil Servant Law.
